In the present work was defined a scientifically-based methodology that applies the methods of the Complex Analysis of Processes, under conditions of uncertainty, which constitutes an important contribution. In its own application it is attempted to implement novel methods for the determination of production capacities, the macro-localization of plants and selection of alternatives of production and investment, with approaches of uncertainty, which is also a contribution of the work.
