Abstract
- The issues of organizing a seismic monitoring system are considered. Data are provided on the structural construction of a network of seismic stations, the design of observation points, and the organization of a system for collecting and transmitting data. The results of detailed studies of the spectra of observed signals (microseisms, local earthquakes, and distant earthquakes) are presented. The selection of optimal characteristics of filters that are used to register local and distant earthquakes has been carried out. Maps of the epicenters of local earthquakes that were recorded in 1996–2023 are constructed for three ranges of focal depths: 0–4, 4–7, and 7–16 km. It is shown that they are associated with three different types of seismic events: technogenic, technogenic-induced, and tectonic. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
