This study aims to analyze how the role of the Educational Advisor influences the implementation of educational rights in the school context of basic education, seeking to understand their possible contributions to the academic success of students. To achieve the proposed objective, a State of Knowledge Study was carried out, which consisted of a comprehensive analysis of existing research on the topic. The results suggest that the role of the Educational Advisor plays a significant role in implementing educational rights and promoting academic success in basic education. The evidence obtained reinforces the importance of investing in policies and practices that strengthen the role of the Educational Advisor in schools. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
