Abstract
- A 73-year-old man developed intracerebral haemorrhage while being treated with lecanemab for Alzheimer's disease. He had a history of hypertension, dyslipidaemia, and type II diabetes, and was also taking other medications. The man experienced microhaemorrhages after receiving multiple infusions of lecanemab, leading to concerns of amyloid-related imaging abnormalities-hemorrhage. Treatment with lecanemab was stopped, resulting in improvement, and the patient was discharged without further interventions. [Extracted from the article]
