花生冠腐病病原菌的分离鉴定及生物学特性研究.

Abstract
- To reduce the loss caused by peanut crown rot on peanut production, the peanut crown rot disease plants were collected from different peanut growing areas in Anhui Province. The pathogen was isolated, and the pathogenicity, morphology and molecular biology of pathogens were identified. And its biological characteristics were studied, chemical agents with better antibacterial effects indoors were screened. The results confirmed that the pathogen of peanut crown rot in Anhui Province was Aspergillus niger, which had a lethal temperature of 59 ℃ (15 min), and the fastest growing in the medium of pH 7. The drug screening results indicated that 50% carbendazim WP and 43% tebuconazole SC had the best inhibitory effect; 75% chlorothalonil WP followed; next was 70% mancozeb WP; 3% metalaxyl-hymexazol AC had no significant difference from the CK.
