The purpose of the report is to study and measure the amount of stress experienced in the transport industry, with a particular focus on the transport company "ZSK-DEVNYA" JSC in order to provide a detailed analysis of the factors impacting employee stress levels. By applying scientific methods and tools, a systematic approach will be developed to gauge the levels of stress within the organization while analyzing the interrelated factors, such as workload, time constraints, social interactions, and other relevant aspects.
