Estrategias de gestión para mejorar la calidad educativa en la educación superior; una revisión sistemática.

The study sought to comprehensively review the scientific literature on higher education and educational management. They used a systematic review and applied Boolean operators in databases such as Scopus, ERIC, Scielo and Ebsco. Initially, they found 424 articles, from which they selected 16 for analysis. All the studies were non-experimental, highlighting theimportance of educational quality and its relationship with strategic management. They emphasize the need to strengthen educational management to improve the educational system, offering support to teachers. Educational management encompasses aspects such as curriculum planning, resource allocation, leadership, supervision and evaluation, which are crucial for the effective functioning of educational organizations.
