Abstract
- The article focuses on the role of fetal heart rate (FHR) patterns in deciding therapeutic hypothermia (TH) for hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) cases. Topics include the challenges in diagnosing HIE based on limited birth information, the evolving criteria for TH, and the importance of FHR tracings in informing clinical decisions.
