Abstract

The Young Academic Urologists (YAU) group within the European Association of Urology (EAU) focuses on developing clinical, educational, and research projects to enhance urological practice and training standards. YAU aims to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion by including members from different genders, countries, and cultural backgrounds. Recent data shows an increase in female representation within YAU working groups, with efforts being made to further improve diversity and gender distribution. The group also conducts a SWOT analysis to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion within its membership. [Extracted from the article]
