Abstract
- Recently, significant interest has been shown in using ferroelectric or piezoelectric energy harvesting to collect mechanical energy from the surrounding atmosphere to power next-generation wearable electronic sensors and devices. Due to their pyroelectric and piezoelectric capabilities and high permittivity for energy storage, ferroelectrics are a significant class of electroactive materials. As a result of its low price and high usability, piezoelectric energy harvesters have seen rapid development over the last decade. When used as part of a larger energy harvesting strategy, ferroelectric/ferroelastic switching may significantly boost energy density. Hence, this study suggests the Stable Diffusion Model-based Composite Layered Ferroelectric Ceramic Materials (SDM-CLFCM) for effective energy harvesting under the background of Meta-Universe. The highest output current and peak power density shown by the composite layered porous piezoelectric composite energy harvester are much greater than those reported for existing porous piezoelectric materials.
