Abstract

The article discusses a case study of a 58-year-old man with obstructive jaundice caused by hepatic artery aneurysms compressing the common bile duct. The patient underwent endoscopic and vascular interventions to manage the biliary obstruction and aneurysmal bleeding successfully.
