In the present paper we establish a few equivalent conditions of a reverse Hilbert-type integral inequality with a general non-homogeneous kernel in the whole plane. In the form of applications, we deduce a few equivalent conditions of a reverse Hilbert-type integral inequality with a general homogeneous kernel in the whole plane.
