Abstract
- The article presents a case study of a recent increase in invasive Group A Streptococcus (iGAS) infections in children, observed at Ege University Children's Hospital in Turkey, involving six pediatric patients aged 6 months to 10 years. Topics discussed include the clinical presentations of iGAS infections, treatment protocols, and the potential link between the rise in infections and the easing of COVID-19 restrictions.
