Orman Köylülerinin Orman Kadastrosu Çalışmalarına İlişkin Görüşleri Üzerine Bir Değerlendirme.

This study aimed to analyze the awareness level, perception and opinions of forest villagers regarding these studies in areas where forest cadastral practices continue. The study was carried out in 3 different districts and 29 different forest villages within the scope of Gümüşhane province. A face-to-face survey was used as a data collection tool in the study. Research scale; The benefits of forest cadastre are discussed in 5 sub-groups: information and method acceptability, consideration of documents and objections, necessity of forest cadastre and acceptability of decisions, implementation results and problem-solving adequacy. In statistical analyzes using Mann-Whitney U and Kruskal Wallis H tests, significant (p<0.05) differences of opinion were detected for different scale subgroups for the variables of the district where the participants reside, their educational status, the registration status of their land and generating income from forests. The results of the study showed that the concerns of forest villagers about forest cadastre focused on the acceptability of the decisions to be taken by the forest cadastre commission and the adequacy of this practice to solve the land ownership problems of forest villagers.
