Determinantes da Resiliência e Esperança de Vida de Idosos com Diabetes: Revisão Integrativa da Literatura.

Chronic disease brings many challenges, which are not always faced adequately, generating stress and suffering. A systematic integrative literature review was carried out in the following databases: PubMed, Web of Science, LILACS, SCOPUS and PsycINFO. The resilience and life expectancy of elderly people with diabetes were associated with determinants related to the individual, the way they face difficulties during treatment, in addition to emotional, religious, social and economic factors.
