The results reveal that in the degree in pedagogy, there are several paths that can be followed, including hospital pedagogy. It is important to apply pedagogy in hospital spaces, as it is from this that the right to education is practiced. When the student is limited due to illness, it allows the inclusion of the school routine in the hospital space. In this way, it is possible to understand that hospital pedagogy aims to continue the school life of children and adolescents who require repeated hospitalization, in addition to generating exercises that contribute to the preparation of the sick student and that support them during the phase in which they are hospitalized. Thus, the role of hospital pedagogy was debated, verifying the impasses of hospitalized students, and elements that may contribute to the students' perception and recovery from the illness. The essence of hospital pedagogy is to provide assistance and provide humanized emotional support, whether for the patient or their relatives. Therefore, the aforementioned work discusses the performance and methods of the pedagogy professional in the hospital area, as a way of guaranteeing the right to education for all.
