Abstract

Multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) methods are utilized to structure and assess alternatives and conditions based on multiple criteria. Understanding diagnostic information can be complex and challenging, leading to difficulties in making accurate diagnoses. We utilize a fuzzy Technique for the Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) to effectively diagnose illnesses by analyzing signs and symptoms. The TOPSIS method calculates the distance between alternative-ideal solutions and determines the weight using the Entropy method. In this study, the TOPSIS method is utilized to identify diseases by analyzing patient symptoms. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
