Transhumanism as a multidisciplinary current seeks to generate a posthuman society in which technical and scientific advances are linked to the human body through enhancement; however, such a proposal has a deficiency that we clarify here due to the urgency and need in the face of a discipline that is growing by leaps and bounds. In the same way, we see in human dignity the key to solve such deficiency and as the cause of it. This research arises as a proposal for the treatment and reformulation of human dignity as a basis for human rights and that without it we will be facing an existential risk. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
