Abstract
- This study focuses on enhancing the flywheel design in an effort to enhance the performance of the multi-crop thresher machine. The thresher machine is a specific piece of agricultural machinery used to prepare various kinds of crops. The research examines the optimization of the flywheel component in an effort to raise the overall productivity and efficiency of the thresher machine. The optimization procedure includes both creating a CAD model of the thresher and running a flywheel-focused finite element analysis (FEA). Design adjustments, material selection, and performance assessment are the three main pillars of the optimization strategy. Along with energy transfer efficiency, mass optimization of the flywheel is focused to reduce the overall weight of the thresher machine. The results of the study contribute to the development of more useful and effective agricultural machinery, notably the multi-crop threshing machine. Due to flywheel modification, the thresher machine operates substantially better. Additionally, the mass optimization of the flywheel makes the thresher machine lighter and simpler to transport and use. With these enhancements to the thresher machine's optimization, crop processing operations for a range of crops are more productive and efficient. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
