Abstract
- A 59-year-old woman with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma exhibited lack of efficacy during treatment with multiple drugs, including bendamustine, cyclophosphamide, and rituximab. Following obinutuzumab treatment, she developed thrombocytopenia. Despite various treatment regimens, including CAR T-cell therapy, the woman's lymphoma progressed, but eventually stabilized after receiving cytokine-induced-killer-cell therapy and obinutuzumab.
