Abstract
- A 61-year-old woman with B/myeloid mixed phenotype acute leukaemia (MPAL) showed lack of efficacy to multiple chemotherapy regimens. She also experienced grade-I cytokine release syndrome during treatment with anti-CD19-CAR-transduced-T-cells. Despite receiving supportive care and achieving complete remission with the CAR-T cell therapy, she ultimately passed away due to disease relapse after 8 months. [Extracted from the article]
