Anti-CD19-CAR-transduced-T-cells/antineoplastics: Lack of efficacy and grade-I cytokine release syndrome: case report.

A 61-year-old woman with B/myeloid mixed phenotype acute leukaemia (MPAL) showed lack of efficacy to multiple chemotherapy regimens. She also experienced grade-I cytokine release syndrome during treatment with anti-CD19-CAR-transduced-T-cells.
