Anti-cancer drugs: Various toxicities: case report.

A man in his 70s developed cholecystitis and cholangitis during treatment with camrelizumab for nasopharyngeal carcinoma, experiencing gastrointestinal reactions and fatigue with gimeracil/oteracil/tegafur. Despite initial remission, he faced recurrences and adverse reactions, leading to changes in his treatment regimen. After switching to zimberelimab, he completed 37 cycles without adverse effects, maintaining complete remission with a progression-free survival of 28.8 months since February 2022.
