REFLEXIONES SOBRE EL EMPLEO DE LA INTELIGENCIA ARTIFICIAL EN EL CAMPO DEL ARBITRAJE INTERNACIONAL.

This article addresses the interesting issue of the use of artificial intelligence in international arbitration. In this sense, we analyze its possibilities of use, either by replacing the human arbitrator with artificial intelligence, consulting the human decision with the latter, or just taking advantage of its advantages to help the human arbitrator. Next, we observe the various limits that the use of artificial intelligence has in the field of international arbitration. Finally, we propose some conclusions from all the above.
