Multiple drugs: Severe acquired hemophilia A and lack of efficacy: case report.

A 56-year-old man developed severe acquired hemophilia A (AHA) after receiving the tozinameran COVID-19 vaccine, leading to significant bleeding and intracranial hemorrhage. Despite treatment with eptacog-alfa and later with methylprednisolone, cyclophosphamide, and dexamethasone, the patient's FVIII inhibitor titer fluctuated, ultimately resulting in his passing due to sepsis after 14 weeks of hospitalization.
