The building scheme design of the maintenance center plays a crucial role in the maintenance and safe operation of dock process equipment. Intelligent container terminals are currently at the forefront of terminal automation development. However, traditional maintenance center buildings are no longer able to meet the process equipment maintenance needs of intelligent container terminals. Based on the new construction concept of the intelligent container terminal project in Section C of Tianjin Port, the key design issues of the functional positioning, spatial layout, green intelligence, "zero carbon" design and aesthetic enhancement of the maintenance center building are summarized, and a maintenance center building scheme that meets the needs of intelligent container terminals is designed.
