DADOS GOVERNAMENTAIS ABERTOS NA CIÊNCIA DA INFORMAÇÃO: abordagens sobre representação e recuperação.

Introduction: immersed in the technological advances of today's society, open data from public administration, also called open government data or open government data (DGA), contribute to the growing amount of data available, attributing concerns regarding management, availability and access to these data, issues that can be discussed within the scope of Information Science (IS). Objective: to investigate how DGA are being addressed in CI work, mainly about their representation and recovery. Methodology: the research is characterized as basic about its nature; exploratory and descriptive regarding its objectives and bibliographical regarding the procedures. The study was divided into two stages, the first being a literature review of national and international journal articles and event papers and the second an integrative literature review, focusing on national theses and dissertations, carried out between August 2023 and January 2024. Results: in the first stage of the work, a mapping of the predominant approaches for representing and recovering DGA in the national and international scenario was carried out and in the second stage, an overview of the models, metrics and frameworks developed for treatment or evaluation was obtained of the DGA in the national context. Final considerations: it was observed that there is a consensus in the works analyzed about the difficulties generated by the lack of standardization and the heterogeneity of DGA and a low number of studies in the area of representation and recovery of DGA, with few academic works in the national context that are intended for the treatment of DGA in IC.
