Abstract: The article focuses on the creation of the MedStar Health Pharmacy Residency Committee (MHPRC) in July 2022, with the goals of personal development/wellness, professional development, and health-system and community service. Topics include the challenges faced by the MHPRC, the success of the MHPRC in connecting pharmacy residents across the MedStar Health system, and the plans of the MedStar Health pharmacy enterprise.
