Introduction of a Peer Group Supervision Model for Experienced Counselors and Supervisors.

Counselors' wellness and continual professional growth have been vital areas of interest in the counseling literature for decades (Sweeney & Witmer, 1991; Myers et al., 2000). This article introduces the peer group supervision model, 'Co-Well,' which is designed for experienced counselors and clinical supervisors. This model aims to enhance experienced counselors' counseling skills, promote wellness, and facilitate ongoing professional development.
