The essay addresses the relationship between the body and communication from a feminist perspective. At first, the genealogy of the theme of the body in feminist thought is presented; subsequently, we reflect on the relationships between the body and communication from sociocultural and phenomenological approaches; in a third moment, the text presents some reflections and examples about what a feminist perspective can contribute to research on the body and communication, to close with some final considerations.
