Abstract
- Design for inefficient well sidetracking of Bohai oilfield increased greatly recent years. Optimize sidetracking programs and reduce costs is important. Trajectory and window sidetracking tools were optimizing chosen for middle depth sidetracking to reduce costs. Horizontal casing well could solve mudstone and water contain problems for same layer sidetracking. For open hole completion well, window sidetracking costs lower for drilling platform working, and open hole sidetracking is suitable for workover rig. One to one design method for inefficient well sidetracking could reduce costs efficiently, good application results have been obtained. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
