Abstract
- A 50-year-old man with stage IVA salivary gland adenocarcinoma experienced mild nausea and diarrhea while being treated with crizotinib, cisplatin, cyclophosphamide, and doxorubicin. Despite initially tolerating crizotinib, he later showed lack of efficacy with the drug. After trying various treatments, including alectinib, he experienced marked improvement in his condition but eventually opted for hospice care after rapid disease progression.
