Madurez vocacional y nuevos entornos profesionales en jóvenes universitarios con discapacidad intelectual.

The present study proposes, through the analysis of the choice of professions by 45 young university students with intellectual disabilities, using an ex post facto research design. The EFAI and Jobpics questionnaires are used, looking for a possible relationship between aptitudes, choice of professions and vocational profiles. Regarding the results, it is notable that, although they do not clearly discriminate between some professional interests over others, they primarily choose artistic, social, scientific or entrepreneurial professions, to the detriment of realistic and conventional professions. We must highlight the need to continue perfecting new educational spaces to promote the development of their vocational maturity. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
