Abstract

Human resource and management are one of the basic elements to maintain basic industrial operations. The selection of capable human assets is crucial for the overall effective industrial output. There are various factors that are responsible for the recruitment process. The factors vary from industries to industries depending on the requirement. Selecting an individual is challenging process where scrutinization of the individuals are executed through various stages. Therefore, this paper discusses about the HR recruitment process and the challenges faced of the multi-national automobile corporate company during the recruitment processes. This paper also stipulates the remedial measures for the HR team to overcome their difficulties.
