Abstract: A submandibular mass can be attributed to a variety of potential diagnoses. We report a case of a 71-year-old man presenting with left submandibular swelling associated with multiple lymph nodes.All investigations were negative except for a suspected malignant submandibular tumour.Unicentric Castleman's disease was diagnosed based on the final histological examination.
