Abstract

This article discusses a case report of a 15-year-old female with scalp and skin lesions caused by syphilis. The patient presented with a firm lump on her forehead and violaceous, brown papules on her scalp, trunk, and extremities. Laboratory tests and imaging confirmed the diagnosis of syphilis, and further examination revealed additional lesions consistent with secondary syphilis. The article emphasizes the variable clinical presentations of syphilis and the importance of early detection and treatment. Treatment options for syphilitic osteitis are also discussed.
