Abstract
- A 64-year-old man developed generalised eruptive keratoacanthoma after receiving the tozinameran COVID-19 vaccine. The man had a history of diabetes and hypertension and experienced itchy lesions on his limbs 10 days after vaccination. Physical examination revealed dome-shaped, crateriform lesions on his upper and lower limbs. Histopathological examination confirmed the diagnosis of generalised eruptive keratoacanthoma. The man was treated with off-label IV cemiplimab, which resulted in complete resolution of all lesions. [Extracted from the article]
