Abstract
- Objective: To analyze the expression significance of serum Cav-1 (CAV-1) and thromboxane A2 (TXA2) in patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (aSAH) and their efficacy in evaluating prognosis. Methods: Select our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023, 110 patients with aSAH as observation group, choose 110 cases of healthy physical examination as a control. Detection of all the subjects, serum levels of Cav-1, the expression of TXA2. Using the Spearman correlation analysis aSAH patients serum Cav-1, TXA2 expression level and WFNS grading, Hunt-Hess classification and grade of improved Fisher correlation. The prognosis of aSAH patients was followed up and recorded. Analyze the influencing factors in the prognosis of aSAH patients and evaluate the predictive efficacy of serum Cav-1 combined with TXA 2 in aSAH patients by AUC. Results: Observation group of Cav-1expression level is lower than the control group, serum TXA2 expression level is higher than the control group (P<0.05). By the Spearman correlation analysis, patients with aSAH WFNS grading, Hunt-Hess classification and grade of improved Fisher and negatively correlated with serum Cav-1 expression level, and TXA2 expression levels were positively correlated (P<0.05). Factors by single factor analysis and multiple Logistic regression analysis, history of hypertension, Hunt-Hess classification, aneurysm diameter, serum Cav-1,TXA2 were independent impact factors for the prognosis of patients with aSAH (P<0.05). ROC curve analysis showed that the sensitivity, specificity and AUC of serum Cav-1 combined with TXA2 to predict the poor prognosis of aSAH patients were 89.16%, 48.07% and 0.890. Conclusion: Serum Cav-1 levels and TXA2 levels are closely associated with the illness and disease severity aSAH, joint application can increase the efficiency of the evaluation of prognosis.
