Abstract

The TruClimate 900 Heat Pump Chiller is a versatile system that can function as a hot water or chiller water system, as well as a simultaneous heating and cooling source. It features a variable-speed compressor with OptiHeat technology, allowing it to deliver chilled water at 44°F and hot water at 140°F simultaneously. The chiller can operate at temperatures as low as -25°F and is available in 30-ton sizes, with the option to bank up to 10 units for a total capacity of 300 tons. Trane has introduced factory-installed leak detection systems for its ducted HVAC models, equipped with building automation systems points for easy detection and mitigation of leaks. The TubiX S pipe cutter from Knipex Tools offers a minimal cutting radius for use in confined spaces, with a QuickLock mechanism for secure clamping onto pipes. It can cut copper and stainless steel pipes ranging from 1/8 in. to 1 1/8 in. in diameter, with a wall thickness of up to 5/64 in. The Preferred Cloud remote boiler room monitoring platform allows facility managers and engineers to monitor all equipment in their boiler rooms securely, regardless of the manufacturer. It provides immediate issue notification, centralized monitoring and control, historical trend analysis, and efficiency optimization. The platform offers three service levels to meet specific operational needs. [Extracted from the article]
