Abstract
- This article discusses the imaging feature of active pulmonary tuberculosis known as the Nodular Reverse Halo Sign (NRHS). The case study focuses on a 19-year-old female patient who presented with symptoms of cough, fever, loss of appetite, and weight loss. High-resolution computed tomography (HRCT) of the lungs revealed the NRHS, along with other findings consistent with post-primary pulmonary tuberculosis. The NRHS is associated with active granulomatous infections, particularly pulmonary tuberculosis, and can aid in the early diagnosis and effective management of the disease.
