Abstract
- The research progress on the conversion of cellulose into typical platform compound molecules 5-hydroxymethylfurfural under different catalytic systems is systematically summarized, and the advantages and disadvantages of the different catalytic systems used are described. The main factors limiting the efficient conversion of cellulose into platform compounds at present are analyzed, and it is pointed out that future efficient catalysts should have both efficient catalytic activity and easy separation. Among them, the coupled reaction of temperature-responsive ionic liquid catalyst and two liquid phase system can achieve the efficient homogeneous catalytic reaction, and the purpose of product separation, which will be widely used in this field in the future. It will provide a reference for future research on the efficient conversion of cellulose into platform compounds. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
