Abstract
- This article discusses a case of a 41-year-old male who presented with right hand weakness and numbness after experiencing an ischemic stroke. Initially, his symptoms were attributed to the stroke, but further examination revealed that he had cubital tunnel syndrome, characterized by an enlarged ulnar nerve and muscle weakness in the hand. The patient was provided with an elbow splint for treatment. The article emphasizes the importance of considering peripheral neuropathies as a potential cause of symptoms in stroke patients.
