Abstract
- That Kurt Lewin has relevance for Organization Development and Change (ODC) is the premise of this special section. This article supports that premise by looking at Lewin's published articles from the perspective of social science, change agency, and knowledge construction. These perspectives are integrated into a set of practices that demonstrate Lewin's continued relevance for the scholar-practitioner of ODC. The article concludes with suggestions for how scholar-practitioners can enact the practices. At the very least, these practices and action suggestions may stimulate dialogue on how--and for some readers, if--the Organization Development and Change community continues the legacy of Lewin.
