Abstract
- A 56-year-old man developed Bell's palsy after receiving the tozinameran COVID-19 vaccine. He initially experienced severe right-sided temporal pain and ptosis of the right eyelid, which were suggestive of Bell's palsy. His condition worsened over time, and he was diagnosed with trigeminal neuralgia and cranial nerve VII palsy. Despite treatment, his symptoms progressed, and he ultimately died from basaloid type cell cancer. The article provides a detailed account of the patient's medical history and treatment.
