Tozinameran: Bell's palsy: case report.

A 56-year-old man developed Bell's palsy after receiving the tozinameran COVID-19 vaccine. He initially experienced severe right-sided temporal pain and ptosis of the right eyelid, which were suggestive of Bell's palsy. His condition worsened over time, and he was diagnosed with trigeminal neuralgia and cranial nerve VII palsy.
