Group-Analytic View on Processes of Institutionalization in Feminist Anti-Violence-Activities: The Stony Path of Implementing Ideals The aim of this paper is to analyze and reflect on paradox development processes in feminist anti-violence activities based on experiences as supervisor. Starting point is the relevance of founding ideals, connected hopes and disappointments and their conscious and unconscious effects. First the development of anti-violent projects will be sketched out as social framework, followed by structural challenges through institutionalization and professionalization, ambivalent effects of feminist principles and supra-individual splitting mechanisms as a way of coping. The summary looks at successes, dilemmas and resulting tasks for feminist anti-violence activities and for group-analytic supervision. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
