Abstract
- In the brief research report by Biebelberg and colleagues ([1]), a reader identified an error in the Findings section. The text reads, "There was a 30-fold variation in crude deaths depending on the primary site of infection (Figure 1, top), ranging from 1% (tick or vector-borne infections) to 33% (bacteremia)." This should read, "There was a 10-fold variation in crude deaths depending on the primary site of infection (Figure 1, top), ranging from 1% (tick or vector-borne infections) to 14% (bacteremia)."
