Les soins de support: état de la réflexion en France.

The recent organization in France of supportive care in cancer implies development and coordination of teams already involved in care but those that are small and isolated. This organization must be part of patient comprehensive care. It also has to take into account the diversity of unmet needs, whose systematic evaluation remains complex. The proposals of supportive care organization must be adapted to the existing devices of care, which therefore need to be analysed before any development.
