Abstract

In today's globalized economy, originations are competing intensely based on quality and are concentrating on meeting the demands of their customers. The application of total quality management has become a source of economic benefit for organizations and quality has evolved as an essential business management strategy. Over the past 20 years, researchers, businessmen, managers, experts and academics have come to the starting value of TQM greatly because of its impact on business success. An organization's continuous quality improvement across all levels is the core objective of management that concept is known as total quality management. It is a commonly used strategic tool for guaranteeing business success and changing companies. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the study on TQM procedures and how they affect organizational performance. This study also discusses the previous research, its values, recommendations and future suggestions. To accomplish this, a thorough analysis of the articles published over 30 years, was conducted and a tabular representation of the results was developed including research insights, author, methodology, region, area, results, suggestions, software and conclusions. Additionally, the significance of the argument between convergence and divergence in TQM adoption and organizational performance is another key topic that this study adds to the total quality management literature. The literature TQM argues that it helps businesses grow and empowers them to consistently provide higher quality services that consistently meet customers' expectations. However, the literature shows the positive impact of TQM on organizational behaviour. It also has been determined where gaps exist in the literature and what needs to be investigated.
