Abstract

The world has entered the era of industrial revolution 4.0. The Internet of Things continues to be developed to support the industrial revolution and the utilization of more appropriate technology to help human work. IoT-based baby incubator temperature and humidity monitoring system with the ultimate goal of producing a research that in the future can be developed as a viable system for medical purposes. The system is designed as a prototype and props by utilizing the DHT11 sensor as well as relay output modules, buzzers, and lights. Raspberry Pi acts as a data processor that receives data from the sensor and then stores it in the database that has been embedded in it. The database can be displayed in real-time on a web page designed for all devices. The lamp as a temperature guard props is automatically controlled and the buzzer module as an alarm if the system is not connected to the network. The final goal of this research is to produce a simple monitoring product that can record baby incubator data and the data can be developed as an analysis by medical staff later by utilizing IoT and machine learning.
