Abstract

This article discusses a case of folliculotropic mycosis fungoides (FMF), a type of cutaneous lymphoma, that was successfully treated with the oral selective JAK1 inhibitor abrocitinib. The patient, a 46-year-old Chinese male, had previously tried interferon and phototherapy with minimal improvement. After adding abrocitinib to the treatment plan, there was significant improvement in the skin lesions and reduction in pruritus. The study suggests that selective JAK1 inhibitors may be a promising adjunct therapy for refractory FMF. [Extracted from the article]
