Abstract

Among 98 participants with penile discharge symptoms of Chlamydia trachomatis or Neisseria gonorrhoeae at a walk-in sexual health clinic, 11 were diagnosed with Mycoplasma genitalium , 10 had antibiotic resistance, and 6 were incorrectly presumptively treated. Our findings highlight the importance of public health strategies and research to curb M genitalium. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
